You call

Tell us what's wrong and roughly where. We'll ask a couple of questions and give you an honest read on whether it's a quick fix or something bigger.

We book a window

A day and a time window — not "sometime Tuesday." If we're ever running behind, you hear it from us before you have to ask.

We fix it on the spot

Most repairs are done in the same visit; we carry the common parts. If something has to be ordered, you'll know the part, the price and the date before we leave.

You get it in writing

A short note of what we did, what we found, and anything worth keeping an eye on. On a maintenance plan those notes build into a running history of your property.

Fixpoint is a family business. The same people who answer the phone are the people who show up, and that's on purpose — you shouldn't have to explain your property twice.

We started Fixpoint because the small jobs kept getting dropped. Renovation crews aren't built for a two-hour repair, and the property managers we knew were tired of chasing people who wouldn't call back. So we built a company around exactly that work: show up when we said, fix it properly, tell you plainly what we found.

No pressure, no invented problems. If something can wait, we'll tell you it can wait.
